Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Chop onions and green onions into small pieces
STEP 2/10
Cut spam into small pieces.
150g of spam is a big can.
STEP 3/10
The ham itself produces oil, so cook it until golden brown without oiling it and place it in a bowl.
STEP 4/10
Put a little olive oil in the pan and stir-fry the green onions, then add the onions and stir-fry them.
STEP 5/10
Stir-fry green onions and onions, then add rice, add 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, and stir-fry. (I used one suntan)
STEP 6/10
When the rice is completely fried, sprinkle pepper powder, stir, and place in a rice bowl. (Salt the salt for the lack of seasoning. But if you scoop it with spam, it will taste perfect~)
STEP 7/10
Grease a frying pan with a little olive oil, add 2 eggs, 1/3 teaspoon salt and 1/3 teaspoon sugar and mix quickly.
STEP 8/10
Add 1/4 cup whipped cream and mix. When it's half cooked, turn off the gas and cook. When it's about 2/3 cooked, it's soft and delicious. (You can add a little milk instead of fresh cream, and if you don't have it, skip it.)
STEP 9/10
Turn the rice over and pour it over and put the eggs nicely. Sprinkle a little bit of perilla oil over the rice. (Perilla oil can be omitted)
STEP 10/10
Put spam on the rice and sprinkle mayonnaise.
At the end, you can sprinkle sesame, parsley powder, chopped green onion, etc.
Cooking oil is good instead of olive oil. The seasoning may vary depending on the amount of rice, but if you put a spam on it, it can't be too salty. Please refer to the video.
